I ordered a felt Christmas tree with ornaments and lights. #350683. It was never received. I tried tracking it thru your service. It showed it was at a delivery place. I tried tracking it thru USPS, but they didnt recognize the order number. Both dead ends. Your company was quick to charge my credit card, but no help at all about finding my order. Either make good on my order &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; deliver it, or refund my money. I am reporting your company to the BBB. Before I placed the order, I checked the address of the company. Once I saw that they were allegedly in the US, I placed the order. AFTER a day or so, I received an e-mail telling me that the order was confirmed and was being shipped..... When I checked the tracking, it was coming from CHINA! Not only that, but the e-mail said that due to covid-19, packages could take more than 2 weeks. This was NOT mentioned when I placed the order. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandchildren, but now it will arrive well after Christmas (I hope!!). The item was Christmas-themed, so it's not like they can use it any other time. I am extremely disappointed in this sneaky business and I am embarrassed that I fell for their ***

ERROR in order with no redress

I ordered a custom ring. I received it but it was incorrect. I contacted the company and they refused to help me because I no longer had the shipping envelope (due to COVID 19 i don't keep these things in my house--they go right into the trash unless damage is the complaint.) I have never had a company refuse to address an issue in this manner.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. nothing to tell i think the credit card took the lost because this company is a scam so they need all the dollars they can get to stay around.

Well the credit card got my refund and closed the case, so I'm not sure if it was because this company finally did the right thing which i doubt it very much since crooks never admit to any criminal activity but whatever as loan as the end game was the same me getting my money was part of it the other part was to let others know to stay away from doing any business with this company if they don't want to endure what i had to put up since this nightmare began this company is a scam and don't place any orders with them especially the lids because they don't do what they claim, and they know this is why they're using this pandemic to say all sales are final

so i got an email stating that i would be getting a partial payment either they crazy or lost their mind or both. On my credit card statement they took 25.94 + 9.99 last time i look that equal 35.93 not the 29.98 they want me to accept.

I told them in all my previous emails if things don't go my way with my claim dispute with the credit card company that when the courts open up i will be headed downtown Chicago to small claims court to file a claim for fraud false advertising and court cost. I'm so sick and tired of these companies think they can get away with trying to cheap people out of money that most of us don't have but still try and buy things anyway. I think they don't realize or just don't care that what a person does or say can make or break a company.All of this could have been avoided if they just would have been honest which up until now they have yet to answer the question i been asking since 05/21/2020 or the lies they been telling me since then. What they failed to realize and have underestimated me like so many of these big companies has in the past that i'm all talk and no action well i'm like a dog with a bone you never mess with a dog and their bone.

I'm going to keep on asking the same question and keep sending emails or maybe it's harassment which ever i'm never backing down until i get my 35.93 and if it cost me more money in the process then i would have to amend my claim with court cost and with my health issue i might throw pain and suffering into the mix but right now i want my money maybe taking them to court would get me answers i doubt if they would lie to the judge well we will see. I'm going to email them and tell them their out of their mind if they think i'm going to settle for anything less than what i'm owed. I think when a company can't answer a simple question like i have means two things they don't want a paper trial or they have done this before and probably still doing it might i suggest that anybody that has been dealing with this company to stay with it eventually they will get tired or enough people complain they might just go out of business. I filed a complaint with BBB ( Better Business Bureau) this group known as Shut Up !

That's Mighty Marvelous sent me an email stating they have forwarded to Sutmm and that they have until 07/23/2020 to respond after the 23rd i can contact their office to check the status of my complaint. I'm going to keep looking for other site to let others know not to do business with this company.

So i continue to email them with the same question and like always they refused to answer a simple question as a customer that's might right to ask question and their job to answer it clearly that's not happening with this company. Customers are what can keep you in business or put you out of business.

All I wanted to know since 05/21/2020 is an explanation about the receipt they emailed me which contradict what I was told. So this morning after I emailed them again same question same deflection they sent me another receipt different from the first one it showed 25.94+ 9.99 + 5.95 expedited shipping= 41.88 I was told that if I bought a second set of lids which by the way doesn't work on my bowls and the site clearly states they work for all bowls don't you believe it. that shipping will be free so i asked them if that's the case how is that 19.99 the cost of the first set isn't on the receipt but 25.94 was which i assumed had to be shipping so before i jump to conclusion i asked them and no answer to that question but plenty of answers to question i never asked. They never explain about the 5.95 and since they didn't say i did it by accident meant they did it hoping i didn't notice them scamming me but i did is why i email them on the same day i purchased the lids to cancel the order which they claim wasn't in the time frame explain and since shipping was free why in the *** would i pay an extra 5.95 for expedited delivery especially with the mail being so slow.

So i got an email attach with another receipt totally different from the first one this one was 19.99+9.99+5.95 =31.88 but they still haven't explain the first one trying to stop me from asking question that they have no answer which means they would have to admit to fraud .I reused to believe they're doing all this lying and deception for a few more dollars I would bet that it's a scheme to get more customers, so they can start all over again with someone new which means they didn't do all this lying and covering for no lousy ten extra dollars my opinion something else is going on with this shady company. Maybe that they doing it to get more customers, so they can scam them like they did and doing but what they didn't expect is for me to be a principle person i refused to be a victim of a scam i don't care if it was a dime it's not right i mean i could be wrong although i doubted then somebody tells me what the harm in asking a question about something you think is wrong like i stated before if they have nothing to hide then why all the deception.

yes they sent me an email stating that my package was deliver on 06/20/20 delivery wasn't the issue misleading me to buy their product is which to this day they still have yet to address my concerns each email i send asking the same question they deflect by either stating all sales are final or aabout the delvery if they have nothing to hide then why not answer my questions well it's to late now

On 05/21/202 i went on their sites because of the lids that was advertised that they can cover all size containers so they had a special offer if I buy a second set at 9;99 i wouldn't be charged any shipping and handling so i did and while i was checking the credit card statement i saw that i had to separate charges from this company one for 9.99 and the other 25.94 which was strange since the lids was 19.99 so i took a look at the receipt it it showed 25.94 and 9.99 plus 5.95 for expedited ( implies that the package will be sent fast) don't if shipping was free then why would i need to pay to have it shipped fast which it took from the time i place the order until almost six weeks later before the package arrived i email them several times asking them to explain how 19.99 went to 25.94 and why was 5.95 added also instead of answering my question i was told all sales are final because of the pandemic which is a lie when i placed my order it stated if not satisfied i would get a full refund no question asked and beside what person in their right mind would pay their hard-earned money on something that they might not like or that it might not work had i saw a sign like that there's no way in *** i would place any orders with that advertisement that's make no sense but i bet any amount of money it still didn't show that because if it did nobody would place any orders with this company especially since those lids cover none of my bowl I even went and bought bowls like the ones they used in their presentation and not one was able to cover it but I'm sure if i contacted them only about the bowl they probably would say i'm doing it wrong only thing I did wrong was to order from them ever since this pandemic these companies must be so hard up for money that they would mislead the customer but what this company fell to realize is that they have mess with the wrong person i have dealt so much with crooked companies that i make sure i have a paper trails for when i always in up in court i took a screenshot of where it stated i can get a full refund if I wasn't happy at first i just wanted them to answer my question if it had been one that i was satisfied with then i might have left it along but the only answer i got was all sales are final and the fact that the lids didn't cover any of my bowls or the ones i bought in their presentation then all bets are off. In case some might think i'm not being honest about the lids not working for me well i can't help that but as soon as i'm able to show a video of me trying to put the lids on the company will be the first one to see it then i will post it

i had a comment that when referring to myself the i should be capitalized all i can say on that if i thought it would get this company to do the right thing then i would but since i don't think they care i'm going to do me and you do you if that's all right with you if not that's what the down arrows are for to scroll right on down.I have been asking this company since 05/21/2020 to explain the receipt i got from the set of Instalids i order which by the way does not fit all bowls that statement right there is known as false advertising. I'm the type of person when something is wrong i don't rest or stop until I'm satisfied with the results.

I think i know what's going on. When i was told if i buy a 2nd set of lids for 9.99 shipping would be free so i assumed it meant the whole order then i got to thinking if 19.99 went to 25.94 means they charged me 5.95 for shipping and the 9,99 was the one that was free but it still didn't answer why i was charged 5.95 for expedited shipping. When i tried to cancel the order and was told all sales are final i went back to their site to see if it stated that anywhere but it didn't so i clicked on return/policy and sure enough it showed all sales are final.

I think this company crooked as they are did this they probably thought if they put all sales are final right up front that nobody in their right mind would buy something they couldn't return. I assumed most people might do like i did when i saw money back guaranteed i figure why click on the return policy which i didn't so all this is on me so i lost this battle but the war isn't over this company is bad for business and i''m going to keep on letting others know not to do any kind of business with this company unless you want your stress level to go up like mines did and trust me these crooks is not worth me jeopardizing my health over.

Earlier i posted what i thought was true turns out it was another lie coming from this scam company. I thought when they said refund me partial payment i never thought they meant the 5.95 which isn't from them turns out their partner in crime Pay Pal was the ones that felt the need to charged me something that i never asked for but i tell others this what you do in the dark will eventually come out in the light and if you not careful it will bite you in the butt and Pay Pal should know they're as much to blame as the crooked companies that they vouch for like the ones that owe me for a laptop that was delivered but not received by me which is another story lets focus on these crooks for now. So the email i got showing partial payment stated that they feel that they have explained themselves perfectly clear if that's the case then why haven't they answer my simple questions that i been asking since 05/21/2020 until they stop deflecting with answers to questions i never asked like Trump does when he's asked a question but don't want to tell the truth like this company has done each time i emailed them so what are they hiding whatever it is when i take them to court they either tell the truth or go to jail for perjury I'm fine with it as long as i get my money so i can drop their *** like a bad habit.

Ordered 3 sets of grill mats In regard to order number, 573403, it says it is in the St. Louis distribution center for over 16 days. The tracking link does not work. At this point just refund my 77.46 as it is apparently not going to be delivered. I looked at all the other complaints on the Better Business Bureau and apparently this happens and a lot with this company.
